I am the admin common atcha. I have been working hard to make this site and with the help of my co-admins we have made it come ALIVE.I just want to be one of the people that say WECLOME. This is a lovely wolf roleplaying site. The skin looks very nice and the roleplaying has started.Please READ the rules, take the time to read them not to skim through and look for board passwords we really hate that becasue it wastes our time stopping it and it doesn't make it fun for other members Positions are opened for staff and for the packs. For hundreds of years, so many that no one alive remembers why it had started, there has been a Cold War going on between the four Species--the Mind Readers, the Blood Suckers, the Shape Shifters, and the Spell Casters. But until now, there has been no violence.
With the new millenium of the 21st century, violent attacks have broken out between the Species, sending them into war. And its not the older generations doing this. It's the teenagers--brought up filled with hate for the other Species by parents and grandparents who can't let go of the past.
Secret Societies have formed. One for each Species, and one for those against the war--The Peace Makers.
It's a desperate power struggle, each group hoping to come out on top. Each Species willing to do anything to defeat the others, to win the war and become the dominant Species.
Can the Peace-Makers stop the war? Or will the Species give in one by one until there is one ultimate ruler?

There's no time to think. One wrong move could cost you your life in this war. If you're in the wrong place at the wrong time, its all over. It's life or death. One missed second could end your life--or the life of someone you love.
Trust your instincts.

^{Long before the race of mankind roamed these lands, earth, you could say, was full of peace. It was called Nevaeh, or 'Heaven on earth'. Magic existed, things you'd only dream of. A true fantasy. Everything was peaceful, until the age of man. When humans came, it seemed as if Nevaeh was no more. Peace became chaos, and all the beautiful things that made Nevaeh were destroyed. Even the magic. The humans didn't appreciate these things. There for they were unable to see or posses these wondrous things. So all magic vanished. Why should it exist if it's not believed in or it will be misused? Animals of all types, mistreated, neglected, beaten. Or used by others for their own wealth and greed. The gods, furious yet upset cursed mankind. A sickness like no other began to spread in Nevaeh. Wiping out mankind. And only mankind. Slowly, everything blossomed. Nevaeh becoming beautiful. Full of life, and peace. And with it, returned the magic. It carried a few who had been severely affected by the 'darkness' ones who forgot their purpose, or only thought of it for the bad. Their lifeline goes on, as the only shadows in Nevaeh.

If they make the mistakes like mankind had,
will the beauty and magic of Nevaeh disappear?}

A World Apart

No one sees what's really there in the dark...
They may feel an invisible force that scares them into the deepest reaches of their minds,
but they refuse to see the actual source...
something watching them just out of their reach...
Something cold and frightening...
What's really there in the dark?
Something inhuman.

The year is 2289...

But nothing has evolved. The world has gone to hell after undergoing a mass nuclear bomb explosion a few years back.

But what is this place?

Since most of the world was destroyed, people began to move to what was once known as Asia, but is now called Hyacinth.

What are those creatures I see in the dark?

Amongst the chaos, a new kind of human had been born, known as the Lycans. They're vicious and notorious for murdering humans, using them for the main ingredient in many delicacies.

I know there's something there... I can hear it breathing... Am I safe here?

The majority of the human population are unaware of the Lycans existence, however. They only know when it's too late.

They're watching me, I can sense it. Surely nothing can be more frightening...

Before the Lycans could bring the human race to extinction, another species of creature appeared: Vampires.

What's going on? I surely don't know...

Vampires and Lycans aren't at the greatest terms with each other. In short, they hate each other and are constantly at war for territory and food supply (AKA humans).

What has become of my family? My friends? The rest of the world?

I surely don't know...

Their minds are one of brilliance and their faces are exceptionally beautiful. Flawless. The only purpose in their life, the only goal of their entire existence, their only chance at survival is keeping the secret. Their lifespan is eternal, unless they can control themselves and they can choose if they want the changing to stop. Mortal or Immortal? As they learn the power of discipline, they have a better chance. Though this takes some time. The wolves and humans are oblivious of their interlacing lives. However the secret is hard to keep to yourself, you cannot control it until you gain the experience. What happens if someone slips? If their control breaks loose? What if ... the code is broken? This is Ms. Thompson of the boarding school, Fantasy Bridge, located in Redwood, West Virginia. I am sending out this letter to various individuals to invite them to Redwood. I am the headmistress of Fantasy Bridge, where the underage miners are allowed to stay, free of charge, and be taught in various subjects and trained to be successful in whatever equine based career they decide to go into. Of course, adults are allowed to attend as well at any age, of course you have to be 21 and under to stay at the school, there is a town nearby that you could stay at, using the hotel or buying your own resident if you wish to stay.

As said, the school is free of charge and you may board your horse here for free as well. Basically it’s an all expense paid school for the equine crazed. The only thing you have to pay for is your resident if you buy one, your horses and their entry fee’s to shows. Our classes are open to anyone who walks through our doors and signs themselves up in the office by speaking to our secretary, Ms. Crenshaw.

You may be wandering exactly what disciplines we offer training in. There are jumping instructors, dressage instructors, cross country instructors, endurance instructors, trail instructors, cutting and penning instructors, western showing discipline instructors (which includes pole bending, barrels, western pleasures, etc…), there are even the gaited horse instructors. There are a couple of racetrack owners that may be interested in buying land here in Redwood soon, so the option to race thoroughbreds, appaloosa’s, quarter horses, and Arabs may be available shortly. If you want a class we don’t offer anything for, just request it and searching will be done to hire an instructor.

But then again, you may not be interested in staying and learning at a boarding school. There are various other stables available for boarding that isn’t quite as busy as the schools and plenty of land to buy in the small town. So even if you wanted to come in to start your own business without the education, we would be more than thrilled to have you that way as well. Please take my written letter into consideration and we hope to see you in Redwood, West Virginia.

Extremely active human&equine role-play.
Set up in a small town that centers on equines.
Any age characters are allowed. (21yo and younger can stay at the boarding school, and 18yo and older can stay at the hotel until they have the money to buy their own stable/ranch or house.)
There is a money system, easy to earn money and fun to spend it!
We are working on setting up a point system to make the horses more valuable. (points will be earned through shows and can be bought using money)
You buy your horses.
There is a new members guide.
LOTS OF IN CHARACTER DRAMA!

Chapter One: The Beginning

It's been almost a year since Melanie and Wanderer have began letting the information leak to the rebels humans. The information on how to seperate the soul from the human host. Groups of rebels have been sprouting up faster than ever, always in hiding.
The plot focuses on a group of rebels lead by a human girl named Cassie. They are hidden deep in the Rocky Mountains, mostly occupying abandoned mine shafts but also inhabit more natural caves.

Meanwhile, in a city only a few miles away, a soul city thrives. Rebellion has just began to shift this part of the country and the new mountain rebels are determined to fight. The city is mostly controlled by, Fire Wielder, a powerful Seeker. So far, the Rebels have managed to stay undectected.

But how long will it last?

Plot

Enter Harlow, a pristine suburb set on a picturesque span of fertile land. The homes that line its well-maintained
streets are large and modestly attractive. Harlow seems to be the typical thriving suburban neighborhood...but
something is about to go very, very wrong. The dogs owned by Harlow residents are constantly at war with the
stray dogs that seem to gravitate toward this beautiful town. The house dogs are fed up with the stray "scum"
and want them out of their perfect lives, but the strays are happier than ever, living and thriving off of Harlow's
garbage dumps and many small forests and lakes. Despite this, Harlow remains a peaceful city until one day people
begin to vanish, one by one. And having to overlook their hatred for one another, these two canine factions must band
together, under two fearless leaders, one from each side, to overcome the devastation and famine that plague the land
in result of the humans' disappearance. Will the house pets be able to handle life on the streets, or will all crumble?

Information
Here at Onto the Streets we don't force literacy, it is only semi-literate and up. We are a very active community in
desperate need of more, active, friendly members. Onto the Streets staff expects you to obey them or be warned, and in the end
banned if you do not. We also want you to make posts with something to reply to. Nothing like "He padded to the dumpster".
You could definetly put more thought into that, as we expect you too.
At Onto the Streets you have the choice of role playing a house dog or a street dog. You may have up to six characters per
account and no more than one account per person. We also have characters that you can 'adopt' from the Pound.
